What Clients Are Saying…
Prior to connecting with Kerry, I was focused on the final steps in getting my 6th book Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World published. While this was the focus, I knew I needed help with a launch plan and a detailed strategy for the products and services that would align with the book. I had the high-level vision; it was the strategy that I needed support with. I was experiencing hesitation in getting to this strategy because there was already so much work that needed to be done with the book. As an author, sometimes it is easier to just keep focused on the book and leave the strategy to chance, but I knew from my previous experience this was not a long term or profitable approach; it all begins with strategy and that is where Kerry came in.
There were three areas of work needed: finish the book, let the world know about the book, and build out and launch the supplemental products and services. Kerry quickly and effortlessly got up to speed on the new book and my vision. She immediately went to work helping to pull together the strategy and timeline for the marketing and programmatic products and services. She also brought a level of accountability that was necessary as the launch date was quickly approaching.
Kerry is exceptional at helping authors and coaches create strategy around their entire body of work. She really helped me to think bigger and make it all happen faster than I could have ever believed. If you are an author or a coach, choose Kerry. You will have an impactful strategy and a supportive partner in the development of your products and services.

I had recently transitioned professionally with a new role in my organization including a personal move which uprooted my life. As part of this promotion, I was given the opportunity to work with Kerry as my coach.
Through our work together, I was able to increase my confidence and gain an important shift in perspective. Kerry helped me to identify my strengths and opportunities for growth. I left our work more confident in my new role and in my capabilities within this role and within my life.
If you are looking to be challenged while being supported, to push yourself professionally, and to gain confidence, Kerry is absolutely the person you want to work with.

When I started working with Kerry, I was overwhelmed, stuck in my career and scared about how to move forward. Although I enjoyed my day to day work, there was a gap between what I was doing and what I really wanted to be doing. I wasn’t sure who to talk to or how to explain what I was feeling and that is where working with Kerry really paid off. Kerry always drew the answers out of me in a non-judgmental and supportive way leading me to many A-Ha moments and real clarity on my path forward.
As a result of working with Kerry, I was able to put myself first, have some difficult conversations that lead to positive changes both professionally and personally. She introduced me to many tools and exercises that I still use today.
Getting a coach can be scary but I promise you, Kerry will help you get comfortable so you can truly be yourself, and you will have nothing to fear and so much to gain.

I was doing a good job, getting positive feedback but my career wasn’t growing as I had expected. Feedback often contained mixed messages and received limited guidance. I was selected for the Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program with Kerry as my coach. I had previous positive experience with coaching, but this program and approach was very different. I was apprehensive at first as it was a new program, new coach and a novel approach, and I wasn’t sure if it would really work.
My apprehension was alleviated immediately as Kerry easily guided and led me through the program. She brought new and unique tools with her that helped me to create transparency and visibility to the changes I was making with all stakeholders. We quickly got to work on developing my strategic effectiveness and communication and the changes were quickly recognized and acknowledged.
Kerry created a trusting and safe environment enabling transparent conversations and creating solutions and a plan of action to assist my development. She identified my leadership gaps and was able to effectively identify the root causes.
My career is in a better place because of the work we did together. I would encourage any senior leader or executive to work with Kerry and look forward to continuing our relationship.

I was promoted into a role that greatly expanded my responsibilities and I found myself nervous, overloaded, and lost. My biggest issues were prioritizing my new responsibilities and determining the right method and style of communicating with the Executive Team in HQ. I knew how to succeed in my role, I struggled with how to articulate that to the executive team.
I lacked confidence and the coaching sessions were a huge help. I really enjoyed the perspective, tips, and tools provided. It was obvious to me Kerry was completely invested in my success and I was impressed at how quickly and accurately she was able to diagnose my struggles using probing questions to find the root causes.
The work I did with Kerry, was a huge confidence booster which is exactly what I needed. My advice: do not let your ego, or any preconceived notions you might have about getting a coach get in the way of this valuable experience!

I was in a highly visible, strategic, and key role within the organization and it was imperative that my team and I were successful. As a result, I was given the opportunity to participate in the Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program with Kerry.
Kerry set up an environment that built trust and safety and I was comfortable confiding in her. It was a safe place where I could share and vocalize the problems we were having as a team and she was able to guide me through each situation. Her guidance was sometimes coaching (asking questions, clarifying, etc.) and other times advisor (suggesting, providing tools, etc.). The participation in the program also gave me the opportunity to be upfront with my team while demonstrating my willingness to change. This allowed me to model what I was looking for from them.
The program was successful for myself and even more importantly for my team. If you are considering getting a coach, I suggest you consider working with Kerry. She does not have a cookie cutter approach, she will get to know you as a person, will encourage you to find the answers, and provide support including many tools that will ensure your success.

I was internally promoted to lead the most instrumental region in our organization. The success of my team would determine the financial success of the organization. There were several challenges I was going to encounter with this promotion: moving from a peer to the boss; limited formal strategies for the role; lack of executive support and mentorship; and a highly functioning team that needed to continue to succeed and grow during the transition. There was a lot at stake professionally, personally, and financially.
Kerry came highly recommended and we instantly connected. My fears that I did not have the necessary skills were quickly abated when I experienced the structure and support Kerry provided as my Onboarding Coach. Within the program I was able to build solid and consistent plans while gaining credibility and securing early wins. I was able to demonstrate value to the leadership group while refining policies and procedures, enhancing working relationships, and collaborating with new stakeholders. All of this led me to feel less overwhelmed and provided me with the accountability necessary to make my first 90 days in the role my most successful internal onboarding experience ever.
The tools Kerry shared are tools that I continue to use. I encourage anyone that is considering or about to embark on a new role to work with Kerry. I guarantee you will leave the experience with a better skill set, an enhanced toolbox for preparing and planning for new obstacles, and the confidence to succeed.
-Laura Morello-Syor, Zone Vice President, Canada, Onboarding Coach
I was on my third boss that year due to frequent changes in leadership and a chaotic work environment I had no constructive feedback from colleagues or leaders, and I was losing my motivation and was considering looking for new opportunities outside the organization. Then I was informed I was going to have Kerry as a coach.
At first, I was hesitant since Kerry was part of HR in the same organization, but Kerry was quickly able to put my concerns to rest and easily created a space in which I felt safe and comfortable. Kerry was able to quickly help me identify my goals and areas of focus. She gave me candid and direct feedback which I wanted, and she always helped me to discover my own answers to the questions I had.
Kerry supported me in putting together a plan and to put that plan into action. Others within my team and organization quickly noticed the changes. I was walking around the office confidently connecting with leaders, colleagues, and team members. It made a difference in my motivation and success at work.
I would recommend anyone looking to increase their confidence and improve their relationships to work hire Kerry. Doing so will ensure you have better working relationships with your leaders and team members.
